Alexandrea Owens-Sarno | Titanic
Remember the little girl dancing at a party with Jack Dawson in Titanic? Former child actress Alexandrea Owens-Sarno portrayed her. Back then, her dancing scene with Leonardo DiCaprio was so iconic to the degree that she gained fans of her own. She was even dubbed “the Titanic girl” at her school. More importantly, the exposure to the film became the starting point of Alexandra’s acting career.
Following her performance in Titanic, Owens-Sarno called a talent agent and started auditioning for other movie projects. She was also recognized on the streets and was asked for autographs until she finally decided to take a break from Hollywood. Nevertheless, she has consistently kept up with fan mail throughout the years and sent out autographed photos of herself in her Titanic stint. After college, Owens-Sarno relocated to Los Angeles and attended various acting classes. She currently works in improv and sketch comedy and is now 32 years old!
