Jason Zimbler | Clarissa Explains It All

Before Jason Zimbler turned his back from the entertainment industry, he’s one of the most famous child actors on the small screen. He’s best known for the role of Ferguson W. Darlin in the Nickelodeon TV series Clarissa Explains It All. The now-43-year-old former actor was famous back then as the “world’s brattiest little brother.”

Zimbler also made an appearance on The Edge of Night. He later joined the theatre world as a director and assistant in theatre productions after he played the role of Robert Anderson in the 1989 revival of Shenandoah. Zimbler started to get the ways of theatre works, and with the proper investment planning, he founded the theatre company The Re-Theatre Instrument with Sam Kusnetz in 2007. Through this and with Zimbler’s direction, they reimagined the classic works of FaustKing Lear, and Much Ado About Nothing. However, in 2011, he started working as a software designer for HBO.
