Anderson Cooper has been a well-known and award-winning figure in American television. Aside from AC360°, Cooper is a freelance writer, having written numerous articles for many magazines and outlets. He is also a member of the Vanderbilt family, being the son of the late actress and artist Gloria Vanderbilt.

Over the years, Cooper has amassed an impressive portfolio of real estate investments, with his home in Greenwich Village in New York being one of those properties.
