Reality Show Stunt Tester

We bet you’ve seen a couple of scary stunts in one of the reality shows you catch up on your TV set. It could either involve eating unusual treats or just plain sketchy stuff that makes you wonder about the participants’ insurance policies. Before these challenges go live in the studio, they have to make sure it is safe, and to do that, they hire stunt testers.

Stunt testers make money by checking if outrageous feats to be featured on TV are safe. The paycheck is usually higher than a regular job, and it probably includes better compensation packages. However, we can be certain these people put their minds and bodies on the line to make sure everything goes smoothly, and more importantly, safer for the rest of the crew. It seems that safety and salary are both important in this job.
